1. Service Description
N8N Server Hosting ("Service", "we", "us") provides managed hosting for self-hosted n8n workflow automation instances. Our service includes:
- Dedicated n8n instances with guaranteed CPU and memory resources
- Automatic SSL certificate provisioning via Let's Encrypt
- Custom domain support
- Daily automated backups with 30-day retention
- One-click instance management (start, stop, restart)
- Access to instance logs and metrics
2. Account Terms
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam, phishing, or malicious content
- Host or distribute malware
- Mine cryptocurrency
- Perform denial-of-service attacks
- Scrape websites without authorization
- Store or process illegal content
- Exceed reasonable API rate limits or abuse shared resources
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
4. Payment & Billing
Subscription billing is handled through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Billing occurs monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan
- Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region
- You can cancel anytime; service continues until the end of your billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused time
- We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial purchase
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Our targets:
- 99.9% platform availability (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- Scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 24 hours in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice for security issues
Service credits may be issued for extended outages at our discretion.
6. Data & Backups
We provide automated daily backups as part of our service:
- Backups are performed daily at 2 AM UTC
- Backups are retained for 30 days
- You can create manual backups and download them at any time
- You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data
- We are not liable for data loss beyond our backup retention policy
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your instance remains active until the end of your current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your instance will be stopped
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination
- After 30 days, all data including backups will be permanently deleted
- You can export your workflows before cancellation
We may terminate accounts immediately for violations of acceptable use policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for third-party services integrated via n8n workflows
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes:
- We will provide 30 days notice via email
- Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance
- You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the changes
